*New beginners grappling class starting in the new year!*
The first class will be on the 8th of January. come and have a go!
These classes are an introduction to grappling, they are great for fitness, strength and endurance. We promote safety in all of our lessons and ensure we grapple each other with respect, therefore minimising the risk of injuries.
The grappling is light and controlled, we focus on skill and technique, we also introduce a few take downs from standing positions.
Also you don’t have to go and fight in the cage or enter tournaments to do this class, most people do this class for the health and fitness benefits it is also great for self defence.
